Kathy has personal experience with weight loss and maintaining weight loss. She had gone through the Curves Work Out and Food Program to lose weight 10 years ago. She has lost 42 pounds and kept it off. Prior to losing the weight, she struggled her whole life and finally decided to make a change. It was not easy but with some focus on nutrition and exercise, she did it.
It truly is the combination of eating right and exercising that is key to weight loss and a healthy lifestyle. There are no quick fixes out there to weight loss and to being healthy. No drugs can take the place of eating right and exercising together.
Kathy believes that we all have the power within ourselves to overcome our weight issues. We need to learn to not emotionally eat our way through life. Explore the reasons why we turn to food and learn to control what you put in your mouth each day.
