Group Personal Training for Women
Each group training session is one hour in length. The groups will only have 5 or 6 women at one time. Each session is $10 per person. You pay $80 in advance to join your own 8 week group session! Group Personal Training times may vary – Let’s work on a time that works for you – call to ask!!!
- Work out in a group setting with women who share your challenges and goals.
- Weigh in together for accountability and support from your group
- Receive a food plan and weekly guidance from your trainer
- Participate in a support system to make a lifestyle change
