- Wednesday 6am, 9am, 10:15am, 4:15pm, 5:30pm, (6:45pm is 1/2 & 1/2 class $10)
- Thursday 6am, 5:30pm & 6:45pm
- Friday 9am (10:15am is 1/2 and 1/2 class)
Pure Power Strength & Spin Class: Friday 10:15am, Wednesday 6:45pm & some Sundays at 5:30pm!
