  • Monday 9am,  4pm, 5:30pm, 6:45pm (10:15am is 1/2 & 1/2 class)
  • Tuesday 6am, 5:30pm, 6;45pm
  • Wednesday 6am, 9am, 10:15am,  4:15pm, 5:30pm, (6:45pm is  1/2 & 1/2 class $10)
  • Thursday 6am, 5:30pm & 6:45pm
  • Friday 9am (10:15am is 1/2 and 1/2 class)

New classes:

Pure Power Strength & Spin Class:   Monday & Friday 10:15am, Wednesday 6:45pm & some Sundays at 5:30pm!
