Spin Class Schedule

Please Note  – The two weeks of the Holiday will have different times!!!!!

Always call to verify class is being held at 616-318-3503
Classes are canceled when there is no one signed up for that class.

  • Monday: 6am, 7:30am, 5:30pm, & 6:45 pm ( 10:15am is 1/2 spin & 1/2 Strength $10)
  • Tuesday: 8:30am, 5:30pm, 6:45pm
  • Wednesday: 6:00am, 7:30am, 5:30pm & 6:45pm
  • Thursday:  8:30am, 5:30pm, 6:45pm
  • Friday: 6am, 7:30am  (some Fridays at 5:30pm are 1/2 spin & 1/2 strength now $10)
  • Saturday: 9am, 10:15am
  • Sunday: 4pm ( 5:30pm has changed to 1/2 spin & 1/2 strength training $10)
